1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and M & T Tech ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website mnttech.in and any professional digital services we provide.
By browsing our website, filling out request wizards, initiating project inquiries, or executing service proposals with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must immediately terminate use of our services.
2. Services and Deliverables
We provide professional design, development, and marketing solutions. Each project engagement is governed by a separate, detailed Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW):
Project Scope
The exact design specs, feature requirements, page counts, database connections, and operational capabilities will be outlined inside your customized strategy preview dashboard or proposal contract.
Out-of-Scope Modifications
Any modifications or additional revisions requested by the client during or after active development that are outside the signed scope will be treated as out-of-scope tasks and billed at our standard hourly rates.
3. Payments and Billing
All prices and project budgets are customized. Client billing operates on the following standard parameters:
- Advance Deposit: Active software design and coding only commence once the agreed-upon initial advance deposit (usually 30% to 50% of the total estimate) has been settled.
- Milestone Payments: Remaining project dues are payable in stages matching developmental milestones (e.g., prototype approval, beta testing, final handover).
- Payment Delays: We reserve the right to pause project progression, suspend custom hosting dashboards, or revoke deployment queues if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 working days.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and asset rights are structured as follows to protect both parties:
Transfer of Ownership
Upon final payment clearance of all project invoices, complete ownership rights for custom assets (source code, media layouts, logos, copywriting) transfer fully to the client.
Portfolio Representation
We reserve the right to showcase screenshots, link directories, and summaries of completed client work in our professional portfolio, case study presentations, and agency marketing campaigns.
5. Warranties and Liability Limitations
We provide services to the highest professional standards, subject to the following limitations:
- As-Is Platform:The website, strategies, preview wizard, and templates are provided on an "as-is" basis without express warranties of conversion success.
- Hosting and Third-Party Dependencies: We are not liable for server downtime, plugin deprecations, or security leaks caused by third-party services (e.g., Firebase, hosting server, domain providers) chosen by the client.
- Financial Liability Limit:Under no circumstances shall M & T Tech's total financial liability to a client exceed the aggregate amount actually paid by that client for the specific service under dispute.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any project agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
